Tap Match

Terms of service

Effective 14 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Tap Match: Speed Champ (“the app”), published on Google Play by BlueGreen Studios (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please uninstall the app.

Using the app

The app is free. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app, its artwork, sounds and code belong to BlueGreen Studios or our licensors, and you may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute them, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

You also need to keep to Google Play’s terms of service, which cover how you get the app and its updates.

Leaderboards and Google Play Games

Leaderboards run through Google Play Games, under Google’s terms of service. If you’re signed in to Play Games, which can happen automatically if you’ve used it before, your best scores are posted with your Play Games name and avatar, visible to the people your Play Games settings allow. You can play without Play Games. If you’re under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before signing in.

Please play fairly: don’t submit scores you didn’t earn by playing, or use modified versions of the app, bots or other tools to do so. We may remove scores that look like cheating, and Google may take its own action under its terms.

Ending your licence

We may end your licence to use the app if you seriously break these terms, for example by cheating on the leaderboards. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Your data

How the app handles your information is set out in the Tap Match privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. Leaderboards depend on Google Play Games and may be unavailable at times. Your saved progress is kept on your device and is not restored by us if it is lost.

Our responsibility to you

The app is free. We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it will always be free of bugs or work on every device. If we fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for lost scores or progress. The app is for personal, non-commercial use, so we are not responsible for any business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the app or the law. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app or on its Google Play listing. If you don’t agree with the new terms, you can stop using the app and uninstall it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections that your local law says can’t be changed by agreement.
